Belgravia House is a unique example of 1920's modernist mansion block architecture placed within an area dominated by neo-georgian "Huganot" style terraces. This difference has served as generator for a £1m refurbishment scheme where The Facility are reworking the reception and common areas of the building. Lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairs and lighting are to be redesigned with contemporary arrangements, furniture and finishes.

Residents will move from the neo-classicism of the locality, through the modernist building into a contemporary interior.
