Project rescue, including Contract administration, alterations, building control and construction details and coordination of an existing refurbishment and extension project which had fallen into difficulties.

Our appointment included trouble shooting for and alterations to areas with which the client was not satisfied, negotiations with statutory authorities and planning alterations. We assisted with detailed construction information, introduced new consultants to the team as required and co-ordinated the new Planning Supervisor.
